  • No, a building permit is not required for OfficePods in the Eastside area, as they are under 200 sq. ft. and classified as small accessory structures. However, an electrical permit is required, and we take care of that as part of the installation process.

    If you're located outside the Eastside area, we recommend checking local regulations, and our team can assist with any necessary documentation.
